The Soy Miracle, Isoflavones

Estrogen
Estrogen unknown to many, estrogen is a group of hormones that is vital to a woman’s health. Apart from regulating the menstrual cycle, estrogen also plays a critical function in facilitating the reproductive process. It is also responsible for the development of specific physical traits.
